1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and tate777 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the tate777.app website and all services provided by our platform.

Continued use of the tate777 platform following any amendments to these Terms means you agree to the changes. tate777 reserves the right to amend, update or improve these Terms at any time without prior notice, though we will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use tate777 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia, or be lawfully present in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or prohibited by any relevant regulatory body.
• Has not previously had an account closed by tate777 due to a prior terms violation.
• Able to make decisions independently and free from external pressure or influence.

Tate777 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended or closed.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account on tate777. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for updating your account details should any changes occur.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory and must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Accepted documents for KYC include a valid Malaysian MyKad or international passport. Document images must be clear, legible and unobstructed.

• Account passwords are the member's full responsibility. tate777 will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from negligence in maintaining password security.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for stronger account protection.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including tate777 staff.

4 Deposit & Payments

Tate777 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including FPX (online banking), DuitNow QR, major Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay) and crypto assets (USDT). All deposits are processed automatically and instantly for most payment methods.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the selected payment method and the member's account tier. The latest deposit limit information is available in the Deposit section of the tate777 platform.

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after deducting any applicable processing fees.
• Tate777 is not liable for any losses or delays caused by the failure of third-party banking or payment systems.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Members may request a fund withdrawal at any time subject to the following conditions. Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days, depending on the chosen withdrawal method.

• KYC must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered under the same member's name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply based on account tier and chosen method.
• Tate777 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Withdrawals involving amounts that appear suspicious or inconsistent with a member's usual betting patterns may be temporarily delayed while tate777 conducts a security review. This is a protective measure for member safety and platform integrity.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Tate777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for wagering until the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Tate777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus where misuse or attempted fraud is detected.

7 Game Rules

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Using third-party software, automated bots or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering activities through the tate777 platform.
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner that violates the intent of the promotion.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

10 Account Termination

Members may close their tate777 account at any time by contacting the support team. All valid fund balances will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable conditions have been met.

Tate777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any terms stated in this document.
• There is suspicious activity or potential involvement in fraudulent conduct.
• The member fails to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• There is a legal or regulatory compliance requirement necessitating account termination.

11 Liability Limit

Tate777 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering, service disruptions or technical failures beyond tate777's control.

Tate777 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, though we strive to maintain a high level of uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Members are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions. Betting carries financial risk and tate777 encourages all members to play responsibly within their means.

12 Terms Amendment

Tate777 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the tate777.app website.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
